CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policies: All sets are created in my signature style. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and will be applied toward your total. Please arrive with bare, healthy nails — I do not remove other techs’ work. If you need a removal for my work, please book a soak-off ($35). Appointments take 1.5–2 hours (add up to 1 extra hour for removals). No refunds. I accept Cards/Apple Pay (preferred for service payment) Zelle, Venmo, and Cash (for tips only). Please send inspo photos within 72 hours of booking and at least 3 weeks before your appointment so I have time to prep. For freestyle sets, inspo must be sent at least 3 weeks in advance. No last-minute changes — and once the set is complete, design changes are not included, especially for freestyles since they are created in my style. If inspo isn’t received in time, freestyle won’t be available. Please complete the Genius Form before every appointment. All sets include a 2-day guarantee for free fixes (only if a nail breaks or chips). After that, repairs start at $8+ per nail depending on the design. Cancellations within 72 hours = 50% fee. Same-day cancellation or rescheduling = 75% fee. Reschedules within 72 hours = 30% fee. No-call/no-shows = 100% of the service booked. If you are 10+ minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply. Please text me if you are running late! Arrival: Park near any entrance and use passcode 4882#.
