CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policies: All sets and recreations are done in my style. A $20 deposit is required and goes toward your total. Please arrive with bare, healthy nails—I do not remove other techs’ work. If you arrive with another tech’s work on, an extra fee applies. Removals: Book a soak-off for my work only if needed. Appointments take 2–3 hours (removals add an extra hour). No refunds. Accepted payments: Zelle, Cards/Apple Pay (preferred for service payments), Venmo, Zelle, or Cash for tips. Inspiration & Freestyle: Send inspo pics within 72 hours of booking so I have the right supplies. Freestyle inspo must be sent at least 1 week in advance—I draw out all my freestyles at the beginning of the week! If inspo isn’t sent in time, we will not be able to do a Freestyle. Please also fill out the Genius Form before your appointment. Repairs & Guarantees: All sets come with a 3-day guarantee for free fixes; after that, repairs start at $8+ per nail (depending on design). Cancellations & Late Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50%, reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 25%, and no-call no-shows will be charged 100%. If you’re 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the cancellation fee applies. Please text me if running late. Arrival Instructions: Park near the main entrance or any entrance and use passcode 4882#. Head upstairs to hallway 225 A–O, wash your hands at the sink on the left, then continue to Room 225H (blue and pink wreath on the door, tiger rug).
