CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy’s : All sets are done in my style. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required and goes toward your total. Please arrive with bare, healthy nails—I don’t remove other techs’ work. If you come with someone else’s work on, an extra fee applies. If you need a removal, book a soak-off for my work only ($35). Appointments take 2–3 hours (add up to 1 hour for removals). No refunds. I accept Zelle, Cards/Apple Pay (preferred for services), Venmo, and Cash (for tips only). Please send inspo pics within 72 hours of booking so I can prep. Freestyle inspo must be sent at least 2 weeks in advance—no last-minute changes, and design changes after the set is done aren’t included, especially for freestyles since I’m creating something in my style. If I don’t receive inspo in time, we can’t do a freestyle. Please also fill out the Genius Form before your appointment. All sets come with a 3-day guarantee for free fixes (only if a nail breaks or chips). After that, repairs start at $8+ per nail depending on the design. Cancellations within 72 hours = 50% fee. Reschedules within 72 hours = 25% fee. No-call/no-shows = 100% of the service booked. If you’re 10+ minutes late, the appointment is canceled and the cancellation fee applies.
